The Cure for Cancer

An interesting book my parents gave me for last Christmas, entitled “The Enzyme Factor” – Diet for the Future that prevent heart disease, cure cancer, stop type 2 diabetes, etc.
Dr. Hiromi Shinya MD, a professor from Japan wrote this book. It also talks about interesting facts such as why sick people should not be fed with rice porridge and why milk is bad. This surprises me as I remember all the “Got Milk?” ads/campaign in recent years, promoting that milk is good for us where in actuality it is the most difficult ‘food’ to digest.
